Live Crypto Price Displays
One price. Full screen. Nothing else on the page but a small info button in the corner. Put a board on the spare monitor nobody uses, or the TV in the corner, and walk away; it keeps itself current every second without a reload. Switch it to RED / GREEN and the number itself carries the day, sliding from black toward pure red or neon green as the move since midnight Eastern Time widens. Prefer it plain? There is a black-on-white mode with no brand on it at all.

Running a board on a spare screen
- How do I put a live crypto price on a TV or second monitor?
- Open the board for the coin you want, click the info button in the corner, and hit FULLSCREEN. That is the whole setup. The page holds itself current without a reload, so you can leave the display alone for days.
- Can I use this as a screensaver or wallpaper?
- Not literally. There is nothing to download and no screensaver file. What people usually want is a browser left in fullscreen on a spare display, and that is exactly what these boards are built for.
- Does it work on a Raspberry Pi or a smart TV browser?
- Any current browser with JavaScript will run it. There is no login, no plugin and no install. Boards pause their own updates while the tab is hidden and catch up the moment it is visible again, which keeps a kiosk from burning bandwidth it cannot show.
- How often does the price update?
- Every second by default. One minute and one hour are the other two settings. Quotes read from Coinbase Exchange, so the one-second setting reflects real trades rather than a cached figure.
- What do the red and green colors mean?
- In RED / GREEN mode the number itself carries the day. It sits near black when the price is flat, deepens to pure red as the move since midnight Eastern Time approaches -10%, and brightens to neon green as it approaches +10%.
- Can I set the display style in the URL?
- Yes, which is the point for anything unattended. Append ?style=wb&refresh=60 for white-on-black at a one-minute refresh. Styles are color, redgreen, bw and wb; refresh takes 1, 60 or 3600.
- Is it free?
- Free, ad-supported, no account. Nothing is stored about you beyond the display style your own browser remembers.
